    A great surf n’ turf appetizer. - Alma Bistro, Norwalk. Alma takes the classic gambas ajillo just that little step further by not only adding chorizo, but croquetas as well.     Even for those who don't love zucchini, this is EXCELLENT! - Pasta Nostra, Norwalk. All the best parts of the zucchini with an upgrade. By 'coring' the zucchini, it doesn’t become watery. Then by adding marinara, we get flavor. With the lemon comes a little acidity. And finally, the breadcrumbs put it over the edge with extra texture.
