Alma takes the classic gambas ajillo just that little step further by not only adding chorizo, but croquetas as well. The sauce is more than just a drizzle with finely chopped onion, thyme, and something else (we'll have to ask next time). A nice addition to any meal. - Alma Bistro, Norwalk.
