So many interesting parts to this dish. First, we have sunflower seeds, something so small that made such a big difference. Second, heirloom carrots seasoned delicately. Thirdly, we had to know what the 'orange ball' was on our plate - get this it was a husked cherry - delicious! The Barn, Bedford, NY.
