Do they have a charcoal grill back there? - Siena, Stamford.

It seems to me like the laws of physics might not exist in the kitchen at Siena because if we didn’t know better, we would have thought this steak was grilled on a charcoal grill. So much great flavor on the outside of this steak. Perfectly medium rare.

Memorable: Charred on the outside, medium rare inside
