FRIED, NO... GRILLED CALAMARI

Everyone has fried calamari from time to time, but when you have the opportunity to have great grilled calamari, it is a treat. We're not sure what they're doing to get this light sauce in every bite. When asked, "where is all this flavor coming from?", the chef only smiles. The tomatoes are delicious, as they are grilled to perfection. Appetite Bistro, Norwalk.

Appetite Bistro has closed. The owners have returned and are opening a new latin cuisine restaurant called Los Remolinos.
