Not your typical chicken. - Geronimo, Fairfield.
What a different dish. The chicken itself was juicy, perfectly cooked, and when you got into the nooks and crannies there was even more flavor. The zucchini sauce was a surprise. It was very unusual and very different. Yet the further you get into the dish, the more savory it gets. The abundance of flavor will not be for everyone, but the sweet corn in cream sauce was quite comforting. Geronimo, Fairfield.
