There is something about this Apple Cobbler that goes above and beyond. We still haven’t figured out what it is… is it lemon, or apple, or perhaps cinnamon??? We don’t know, but the essence of apple is elevated in this dessert. It was beautifully presented with apple sections, and just the right amount of nuts and whipped cream. - Olio, Stamford.
