Chef Roland does it again... - Bruxelles, Norwalk.
Everyone has heard of Julia Child, (well everyone of a certain age, who can forget Dan Akroyd and his SNL Skit??). In any case, French cooking is renowned around the world and Beef Bourguignon is rarely done very well... Such is not the case at Bruxelles. It is obvious the care and precision that is taken to into every ingredient with this dish. Chef Roland is a master of flavor, and the ingredients combine for the best traditional Beef Bourguignon we've ever had. Bruxelles, Norwalk.
